Customer Churn Report –

The project is a churn project for PhoneNow, a telecom company that wants to understand why customers leave and how to prevent it.
We have dashboard that shows the characteristics and behaviors of the customers who churned in the last month, such as the services they subscribed to, their account information, and their demographic data.
The dashboard also enables PhoneNow to segment customers based on different attributes and analyze the factors that affect their churn rate.
The aim of the churn project is to help PhoneNow enhance its customer satisfaction and retention.
